Job Responsibility

  • Providing comprehensive legal support and strategic consulting to corporate clients
  • Handling the incorporation of all legal entities and the establishment of foreign subsidiaries and branches in Greece
  • Managing complex Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As) and corporate transformations, including spin-offs and absorptions
  • Conducting thorough Legal Due Diligence for investment and acquisition projects
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and service level agreements
  • Representing corporate clients before public authorities and at all levels of the judicial system
  • Drafting Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
  • Managing intra-corporate disputes, including partner withdrawals, minority rights, and challenges to Board of Directors' decisions

Requirements

  • Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University
  • Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Corporate, Commercial, or Business Law
  • Active membership of the Bar Association
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Proven track record in handling M&As and complex commercial litigation
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
  • High proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
