Job Responsibility

Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the AI programme and associated initiatives, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to keep delivery on track in a fast-paced environment

Lead and streamline the process for submitting and securing thematic approvals for AI and emerging technologies, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements

Identify, prioritise and support the resolution of changes to the AI approval process, ensuring it remains efficient and effective
Manage stakeholder communications across all levels — from analysts to senior leadership — providing regular, clear updates on programme status, issues, and risks
Translate business needs into well-structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that can be acted on by delivery and technology teams
Produce data analysis, visualisations, and presentation materials that give senior leadership clear, actionable insight into programme performance
Monitor the implementation of business controls and ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across the programme
