Lawes Consulting Group is partnering with a well-established and very well-respected Leeds-based insurance broker who is seeking a Senior Corporate Broker. The successful candidate will manage large, complex corporate insurance clients, provide expert advice, and liaise with insurers to secure competitive insurance coverage. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of corporate insurance clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and brokers to negotiate and secure the best coverage options for clients
  • provide expert advice on a range of commercial insurance products, policy terms, and risk management solutions
  • prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and adjustments accurately and efficiently
  • ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and provide professional support
  • assist in the development of new business opportunities through referrals and cross-selling additional products

Requirements:

  • 10 years or above experience in handling a wide variety of commercial insurance products
  • excellent knowledge of the UK general insurance market
  • ideally hold industry recognised qualifications
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • previous Acturis experience would be beneficial
  • Dip CII or ACII qualified would be advantageous
  • strong organisational skills
  • great communicator and team player
