Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Corporate Associate to join a dynamic and growing Legal 500 corporate team in the heart of the City of London. You’ll be advising a diverse range of clients on corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate advisory work. Many projects will have an international dimension, offering a global perspective. This position offers ample career growth and development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

advise clients on M&A, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work
mentor and support junior colleagues
contribute to marketing and growing the practice

Requirements:

4+ years PQE in a reputable corporate practice
ability to handle transactions independently as lead day-to-day fee earner
strong experience in mergers and acquisitions
familiarity with investment rounds and working with VC funds and backed businesses
strong interpersonal skills
enthusiasm for marketing and growing the practice
interest in Technology and Life Sciences sectors

Nice to have:
