Job Responsibility:

Take a lead role on transactions and oversee juniors
Engage directly with clients and build long-term relationships
Play an active role in business development and networking
Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and mentor junior lawyers

Requirements:

5–8 years’ PQE from a recognised City, West End, or leading regional firm
Strong M&A and private company experience, with confidence leading transactions
An interest in developing new business and expanding client relationships
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commercial mindset
Experience with cross-border deals or language skills (e.g. French) would be an asset
