Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Corporate Associate to join a dynamic and growing Legal 500 corporate team in the heart of the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of 10 corporate lawyers, within a larger national practice, in their central, busy office.

Job Responsibility:

Advising a diverse range of clients on corporate matters
Work spans across M&A, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work
Many projects will have an international dimension

Requirements:

4+ years PQE in a reputable corporate practice
Confidently handle transactions as the lead day-to-day fee earner
Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions
Familiarity with investment rounds and working with VC funds and backed businesses is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Eager to mentor and support junior colleagues
Enthusiastic about marketing and growing the practice
Interest in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors would be beneficial

Nice to have:

Familiarity with investment rounds and working with VC funds and backed businesses
