Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant with 4+ years of accounting experience to join a dynamic and growing organization. Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
  • Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and resolving inquiries in collaboration with external auditors
  • Oversee capital asset reconciliations, payment requests, depreciation schedules, and fixed asset activity
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory filings and reporting requirements, including tax filings and financial disclosures
  • Support the development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial integrity
  • Analyze and report financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and finance, to streamline operations and maintain data accuracy
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to drive financial decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CMA certification highly preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools)
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or international organization is a plus
