Job Description:

Senior Corporate Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves digging into the details behind the numbers. In this role, you'll take ownership of key accounting areas such as inventory, payroll, allocations, and eliminations — helping ensure financial accuracy and supporting business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who's ready to take the next step in their career, contribute to process improvements, and work with a collaborative finance team.

Job Responsibility:

Handle journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close
Manage accounting activities related to inventory, payroll, and intercompany transactions
Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Assist with monthly financial reporting and analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP enhancements and process improvements
Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field
Public accounting/private combo - open to straight public accounting experience
4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-entity environment
CPA or CMA certification (preferred)
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and general business applications

Nice to have:

CPA or CMA certification
Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environment
