Job Description
This is a key member of the finance team focusing on compliance, financial reporting, budget/actual analysis, and supporting the Finance Director with performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have blended experience in public and corporate accounting. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Job Responsibility
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Support month, quarter, and year-end processes
Assist with consolidation of financial reports
Prepare tax documents
Compile and analyze financial statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA preferred
Minimum of six years of experience - public and corporate accounting
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
