Job Description

The Executive: Sales Operations will be responsible for managing CRM-based order processing, pricing coordination, partner communication, and sales reporting. The role ensures accuracy, timely follow-ups, smooth billing reconciliation, and efficient support to resellers and end customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Process and update customer and reseller orders in CRM on a real-time basis with high accuracy
  • Share product pricing with resellers as per the approved price matrix
  • Prepare, maintain, and circulate monthly pricing workings for all India partners
  • Handle website and paid incoming enquiries and guide end customers regarding pricing and authorized reseller details
  • Make outbound calls to resellers and end customers for RFQ and quotation follow-ups
  • Generate and share end-customer quotations as per company guidelines
  • Match and reconcile monthly billing reports and ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare daily sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
  • Share required operational and sales reports through internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Support) for smooth order execution

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
  • Good understanding of sales operations and order management processes
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer-oriented and partner-focused mindset
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or channel management (preferred)
  • Experience working with distributors/resellers will be an advantage
