Job Description:

The Senior Coordinator Mobilisation is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Shutdown Mobilisation and Site Mobilisation Coordinator teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant mobilisation processes across site operations. This role oversees mobilisation procedures, room utilisation, forecasting, travel coordination, and system improvements while ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to internal processes. The Senior Mobilisation Coordinator works closely with the Administration Supervisor and key stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives, ensure operational readiness, and maintain high standards of customer service across the mobilisation function.

Job Responsibility:

  • Effectively lead and manage the Shutdown Mobilisation and Site Mobilisation Coordinators
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members with a focus on attention to detail, process understanding, productivity, and service excellence
  • Conduct all training for Shutdown Mobilisation and Site Mobilisation Coordinators to ensure consistency of process across both functions
  • Drive and manage cross-training opportunities within the Shutdown Mobilisation and Site Mobilisation teams
  • Manage Shutdown and Site mobilisation procedures, ensuring documentation is relevant, current, and consistently applied
  • Actively work on process and procedure improvements across the mobilisation functions
  • Assist Shutdown and Site Mobilisation Coordinators with daily operational tasks as required
  • Support the Administration & Mobilisation Supervisor with projects, system enhancements, and improvement plans
  • Oversee general shutdown mobilisation processes, ensuring compliance with company, operational, and safety requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to coordinators managing daily travel, rosters, and site access processes
  • Ensure internal processes are followed and adhered to across all mobilisation activities
  • Conduct training sessions with contractor administrators as required to maintain alignment with site requirements
  • Complete regular reporting to the Administration & Mobilisation Supervisor, including flight and room availability trends and site compliance metrics
  • Complete monthly accommodation forecasting and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage village room utilisation and ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking
  • Oversee management of the village room allocation list and related communications
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, contractors, and stakeholders across all mobilisation and travel matters
  • Build strong working relationships with internal departments, contractors, and service providers to support efficient mobilisation processes
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the mobilisation and administration functions

Requirements:

  • Current C class driver's license
  • High efficiency using the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum of 3 years of INX experience specifically within the InFlight and +Process applications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a site mobilisation role
  • Previous rostering and team management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
