Our partner is looking for their newest colleague for a Senior Controller position at their modern manufacturing plant in the heart of the Mátra, where they offer an innovative and sustainable work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing, preparing monthly and quarterly closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial standards
  • Preparing pre- and post-calculations to support decision-making and cost transparency
  • Contributing to the development of financial plans, forecasts, and analytical reports
  • Producing commercial and margin reports, providing clear insights for management
  • Conducting plan vs. actual cost analyses and identifying key variances
  • Overseeing and validating material movement transactions within the system
  • Monitoring production and sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Serving as a data analyst within the proAlpha ERP environment, ensuring data accuracy and supporting continuous process improvements

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial insights
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
