Senior Contracts Manager

• At least 3 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, corporate paralegal work, or a related legal function
• Demonstrated ability to review, mark up, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across multiple business areas
• Familiarity with government contracting requirements and the ability to work within regulated compliance frameworks
• Experience developing or improving contract workflows, operational processes, or management systems
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment with limited supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Background in corporate governance, due diligence, contract database implementation, or work within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or other regulated industries is preferred
