Senior Contracts Manager

• Manage and oversee the lifecycle of contracts in alignment with company policies and standards
• Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and finalize various types of contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, procurement contracts, and consulting arrangements
• Maintain organized records and documentation for existing and pending contracts to ensure accessibility and accuracy
• Monitor contract compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and agreed terms
• Communicate contract status updates to stakeholders, including risk assessments and compliance insights
• Address and resolve contract-related issues, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external parties
• Identify opportunities to refine business processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency
• Conduct risk assessments related to contracts and ensure measures are in place to mitigate potential issues
• Lead efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract documentation
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, where relevant

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, with a preference for telecommunications industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation techniques, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and modifying complex contracts
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement compliance measures
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with regulatory compliance in telecommunications and geolocation tracking is a plus
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve contract-related issues
