We’re looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our Procurement team in WA. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full contract lifecycle, ensuring our contracts are commercially sound, compliant, and deliver value. You’ll work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and finance teams, acting as the key point of contact for suppliers and contractors on all contractual matters. This is a hands-on role where your commercial judgement and stakeholder engagement will directly support business performance.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare, review and manage contracts in line with company standards
Lead contract negotiations, variations, and claims management
Identify and manage contractual risk, providing commercial advice
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with obligations
Maintain accurate and audit-ready contract records
Act as the main contact for contractors and suppliers
Support RFQs, tenders, supplier evaluation and contract award
Deliver cost-effective procurement outcomes
Analyse spends and supplier performance to identify efficiencies
Contribute to supplier and contract strategies
Requirements:
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing end-to-end contracts with negotiation and risk capability
Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Background in industrial, mining, manufacturing or construction, with ERP exposure (e.g. SAP)
Relevant tertiary qualification with 3+ years' contract administration experience
