Job Description

As a Contract Management Specialist / Senior Specialist, your core mission is to protect the company's commercial interests and minimise legal risk across all business agreements.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, and managing the life cycle of IT and vendor contracts in compliance with Malaysian laws (especially data privacy/PDPA)
  • Commercial Negotiation: Acting as the primary point of contact to negotiate favorable, win-win terms with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Internal Governance & Alignment: Collaborating closely with internal sales and management teams to track deadlines, streamline processes, and ensure all contracts align with corporate standards

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Law (LL.B)
  • Minimum 3 years for Jr and 5 years for senior position of experience in IT technology contracting
  • Strong commercial acumen for drafting, negotiating and provide advisory
