Job Responsibility:
Establish and govern the group’s contract administration frameworks, ensuring all policies align with corporate risk appetite and industry best practices
Manage financial integrity through the oversight of project budgets, cost planning, and cash flow forecasting to ensure robust ROI
Navigate Joint Ventures (JV) by meticulously reviewing agreements, identifying critical conditions precedent, and managing long-term contractual obligations
Direct the procurement lifecycle, from defining pre-qualification criteria to leading final tender clarifications and value-engineering negotiations
Lead the commercial execution of projects, providing expert guidance on progress payments, Variation Orders (VO), Extensions of Time (EOT), and complex claims
Direct the Defects Liability Period (DLP) strategy, ensuring rectification works and cost claims are settled efficiently and within budget
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience within the property development sector, with a significant portfolio of successfully delivered high-volume residential and commercial projects
