Sector Expertise: Proven track record in Education, Aged Care, or Health projects or similar commercial construction projects. You understand the 'live environment' risks associated with these builds. Systems: Proficiency in standard CA and accounting systems. They don't micromanage, but they do expect high-level financial reporting and proactive risk management.
