Job Description

Joining the business as an experienced Senior Contract Administrator, you will be working in a high performing team managing all things commercially and contracts for a $33M Commercial project.

Job Responsibility

  • Managed the administration of both head contracts and subcontracts
  • Led commercial tracking and processing for subcontractor claims, payments, and variations
  • Oversaw the issuance and tracking of EOTs, RFIs, and site instructions
  • Organise and updated all project documentation and contract repositories
  • Supported the negotiation and resolution of minor contract disputes
  • Mentor, develop and upskill junior Contract Administrator team members

Requirements

  • Construction related degree
  • 5 + years of experience Contract Administrator in the Construction Industry
  • Experience working on Commercial New Build projects greater than $40m
  • Excellent communication, written and negotiation skills
  • A bright upbeat, and hardworking attitude with a driven attitude to work apart of the team
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia
