Job Responsibility:

Craft and lead digital content strategy
Co-create amazing, personalised experiences for people all over the world
Drive a human-centred approach to content
Lead content strategy workshops
Drive education around content strategy
Create toolkits
Ensure a mature, human-centred content approach

Requirements:

Experience in crafting Digital Content Strategy in an omnichannel setting
Good understanding of adaptive, personalised content and content modelling
Comfortable working with a wide variety of content-producing teams
Experience transforming content strategy use cases into best practices
Enjoy creating a network of colleagues and partners
Enjoy following changing digital trends
Experience working in an agile, highly collaborative team of global and local marketing, experience design, product, tech, data co-workers
