As Senior Content Strategist, your mission is to build and continuously optimize a modular, reusable content engine that fuels thought leadership, sales enablement, and demand generation across all buyer stages. You will shape how ATOSS communicates, ensuring content is consistent, impactful, and strategically aligned across channels.
Job Responsibility:
Define a holistic content roadmap, editorial calendar, content themes, and messaging hierarchy
Develop and manage a content reuse strategy that maximizes efficiency and consistency across all GTM channels
Take a hands-on role in creating and developing content — including thought leadership articles, customer success stories, whitepapers, social media posts, sales enablement materials, and video content. This also involves producing high-impact communications tailored for C-level executives
Oversee quality control of content, ensuring adherence to format, voice, and tone guidelines
Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices, brand guidelines, and buyer needs
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to produce content that drives results
Foster a culture of storytelling excellence
Requirements:
8+ years in B2B content strategy, editorial, or communications roles
Proven portfolio of modular, multimedia content that demonstrates strategic thinking and storytelling expertise
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats
Experience leading cross-functional content production in a fast-paced environment, ideally within tech or SaaS companies, or working with clients from these industries
Strong understanding of SEO, demand generation, and buyer journey mapping
Native proficiency in German as well as fluent (C1/C2) proficiency in English
