In this context, our client is seeking a resourceful Senior Content Strategist to join their team as a Marketing Expert. You will build and structure the organization’s digital content strategy across business units, acting as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and serving as the internal reference for content best practices. In this role, you will establish clear frameworks and governance to ensure consistency and quality across all content initiatives. You will align stakeholders across teams, particularly within healthcare and other business units, to create a cohesive and collaborative approach to content. Additionally, you will develop a scalable editorial and content operating model that enables sustainable growth and efficiency. By doing so, they will strengthen the credibility, consistency, and overall impact of content across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement a scalable digital content strategy aligned with business objectives
Build content governance and operating models across teams
Establish best practices for digital content creation and distribution
Partner with cross-functional teams (including healthcare/business units) to identify priorities and upcoming initiatives
Translate business needs into structured content plans
Educate internal teams on content strategy and processes
Build and manage editorial calendars aligned with product and business launches
Structure workflows for both existing and new content initiatives
Design and help implement a sustainable content engine
Improve consistency, efficiency, and performance of digital content
Act as a trusted advisor and internal reference for content strategy
Build credibility and alignment across the organization
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role
Your strengths include content creation, digital marketing tools, communication and organization
Experience with tools such as office productivity suites, digital marketing platforms and content management tools
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills supporting teamwork and stakeholder engagement
Strong communication skills in English
