Job Description:

We're looking for a commercially focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to raise the bar for go-to-market campaigns, drive lead acquisition, contribute to events development, help run c-suite external comms, and play a key role in developing and implementing our digital strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce captivating thought leadership content
  • Strong focus on generating top-of-funnel, inbound leads, nurturing prospects
  • Develop compelling sales enablement collateral
  • Work with the team to develop and repurpose marketing content using multiple formats and channels
  • Participate in the end-to-end of event marketing programs
  • Manage the teams weekly and quarterly content calendars
  • Optimise and launch paid LinkedIn campaigns and ever-green adverts
  • Develop and optimise digital marketing initiatives with a focus on organic search (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Plan and deliver communications strategies and content that support the positioning of C-suite leaders
  • Craft product go-to-market strategies and implementation plans
  • Conduct competitor analysis, identifying market trends, and understanding customer needs
  • Create impactful on-brand imagery and content for LinkedIn
  • Foster strong relationships with internal senior leadership teams and external partners
  • Utilize marketing and AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and analyze performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience marketing B2B services, SaaS products in financial services or adjacent sectors
  • Demonstrable ability to define and develop impactful product campaigns
  • Experience in creating and monitoring metrics to demonstrate how content is building awareness and driving revenue objectives
  • Great storyteller with exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Experience in high-impact event marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing tactics with demonstrable results in SEO strategy development
  • Experience advising and supporting C-suite leaders on personal brand development and executive communications
  • Deep intellectual curiosity, an open and customer-centric mindset, and a high degree of personal autonomy
  • Outcomes-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing performance based on data
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Experience working with product strategists and developers, and managing third-party writers and designers
  • An understanding of marketing measurement tools, including web analytics and SEO tooling
  • A collaborative mindset, positive attitude and a keen interest in raising the bar
  • Experience with Canva, Salesforce, Account Engagement, LinkedIn paid ad management
