You'll work directly with clients to understand their voice and goals, then execute integrated marketing campaigns that tell their story while driving measurable results. From interviewing subject matter experts to writing conversion-focused copy, from building HubSpot workflows to tracking performance analytics—you'll execute the complete content marketing ecosystem for your clients.
Job Responsibility:
Write high-volume, expert copy using AI to maximize efficiency while maintaining user-centric copy
Execute campaigns supporting client goals with measurable outcomes
Develop personas, optimize user journeys, and support content strategies with keyword research and topic clustering
Conduct content performance reviews, execute A/B tests, and continuously optimize based on data insights
Interview SMEs, challenge briefs constructively, present ideas to clients, and manage project scopes collaboratively
Maintain 32+ billable hours per week across multiple client accounts
Meet or exceed client-specific KPIs and campaign performance metrics with quarterly content analytics reviews
Support content strategies with viable keyword research, topic clusters, and persona-driven planning
Successfully conduct A/B tests with clear variable selection and measurable success metrics
Demonstrate AI mastery in daily content creation and strategy development
Establish expertise in at least one specialty area and regularly share insights with the team
Successfully challenge project briefs when appropriate and present compelling rationale to clients
Accomplish 1-3 meaningful quarterly growth goals that advance both personal development and client outcomes
Maintain high client satisfaction through effective scope management and collaborative partnership
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years in copywriting, content marketing, or digital marketing (preferably in an agency setting)
Associate's or bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
Exceptional writing abilities across all content types including website copy, technical content, and complex projects
Hands-on experience that connects compelling storytelling with measurable business outcomes and performance metrics
Proficiency in SEO/AEO content optimization, keyword research implementation, and content performance tracking with quarterly analytics review
Experience building marketing funnels from content creation through automated workflows and lead nurturing
AI mastery for content creation and strategy recommendations to enhance productivity and creative output
User experience expertise with the ability to map and optimize user journeys, ensuring copy effectively intersects with design and development at each touchpoint
A/B testing proficiency, including variable selection, test design, and success measurement
Content strategy development capabilities, including site map creation, keyword research, topic clustering, CTA strategies, and persona-driven planning
Persona development skills including interview guide creation, conducting interviews, and building detailed profiles for targeted content
Content analytics interpretation with ability to investigate performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements
Branding expertise with ability to collaborate on brand development and execute brand guidelines across all channels
Client presentation and consultation skills with ability to challenge briefs constructively and defend creative recommendations
