We’re hiring a Senior Content Marketing Lead to own content end-to-end at a growth-stage startup from strategy to execution to performance. You’ll be the person who turns our customer insights, product strengths, and market POV into the content engine that drives BrandChamp’s next phase of growth. This role is for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll build the machine, not just operate it.

Create content across every channel (hands-on)

Requirements:
5–10+ years in content marketing (SaaS/ecommerce strongly preferred)
Real expertise in brand advocacy, ambassador programs, referrals/word-of-mouth, community-led growth, loyalty/retention, or customer-driven acquisition
A portfolio that shows both taste and impact, not just content, but results
Strong SEO instincts + the ability to create modern multi-channel narratives
Comfort being hands-on and moving fast without perfect inputs
Exceptional clarity in writing: you simplify the complex without dumbing it down
You’re AI-native: You already use AI daily for content work
You know how to keep voice consistent and rigor high
You build workflows and systems, not one-off outputs
Nice to have:
Have helped define a category or shift market perception through content
Have managed freelancers or small creative teams
Can do design/video (Canva, Figma, Descript, CapCut)
Understand ecommerce metrics and what convinces a marketing leader to buy
