You'll be working together with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centric in-app or web microcopy for onboarding, feature naming, checkout flows, promotions, error messages, instructional materials, and more. You'll also contribute to our growing AI support and conversational experiences — writing and refining system prompts, designing conversation flows, and shaping the voice of AI-powered touchpoints alongside our support engineering team.
