Mozilla is seeking a Senior Content Creator based in Germany to produce standout social content for our German Firefox channels. You'll be responsible for the full content life cycle. This covers conceptualising, scripting, filming, and editing both trending and evergreen short-form videos. You will translate top-performing content from other markets. You will also manage the community on @firefox_de across TikTok, Instagram, and Threads. Connecting with German creators to add authentic new voices to the Firefox story is another key task.
Job Responsibility
Ideate, script, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Threads
Translate and adapt global content for the German market
Spot cultural trends and surface timely opportunities to the team
Own real-time community management across @firefox_de channels
Feed audience insights back to the broader content team
Review, provide feedback on, and help edit German-language creator and UGC content
Build and champion relationships with German content creators
Requirements
German fluency (written and spoken)
5+ years of hands-on social content production
Demonstrated experience filming and editing short-form video content
Outstanding writing and editorial skills in German and English
A strong portfolio of social content with measurable engagement growth
Deep knowledge of the German digital landscape
Passion for Mozilla's mission
Nice to have
Experience in other European markets and languages
Familiarity with social analytics tools and a data-informed approach to content optimization
Experience at a tech company or in the digital privacy/security space
