Due to the continued expansion of the Consumer business and increasing complexity in retail channel operations and marketing execution, an additional dedicated resource is required within the Consumer Sales organization. This role is necessary to ensure stable day-to-day Sales Operations, effective fund and MDF management, and strong execution of retail and co-marketing programs with partners and HQ. The position will help improve operational efficiency, execution quality, and cross-functional collaboration across Consumer Sales, Marketing, OEM partners, and HQ teams.
Job Responsibility:
Manage quarterly and annual sales forecast
Manage weekly SO reporting and support RMI fund reimbursement
Handle invoice and purchase order (PO) management
Coordinate operational tasks with operation team
Plan and execute retail marketing programs
Manage MDF planning and budget allocation
Handle MDF reservation, PO, and POE processes
Communicate with retail partners on marketing execution
Manage co-marketing funds received from HQ
Support GTM strategies for niche retail channels (11st, Gmarket, Coupang, Naver, Himart, SSG, Compuzone, etc.)
Collaborating with the APJ Marketing team
Support partnerships with ISV ecosystems (Game studios, AI software partners, Microsoft, etc.)
Execute regional online and offline marketing initiatives
Support OEM product launch strategy planning
Develop and execute co-marketing programs with OEM partners (e.g., Microsoft)
Align quarterly business strategies with OEM partners
Identify business gaps and support joint growth initiatives
Develop internal presentations and business proposals
Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Support partner persuasion and internal decision-making processes
Requirements:
3–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing, or Channel Management
Experience working with retail partners or distribution channels
Strong analytical and execution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent communication skills in Korean
Experience in Consumer IT, Electronics, or Retail industries
Experience working with global or HQ teams
Business-level English communication skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in business/Trading/Finance/IT
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must excel in a dynamic team working environment
Leadership and mentoring skills a definite asset
Must be a self-starter and be able to independently drive tasks to completion
