Job Responsibility

Partner Delivery & Enablement: Co-develop customer-facing solutions alongside regional SI partners
Promote and enforce the Sigma Delivery Framework in all partner projects
Support enablement sessions and lead workshops to build partner delivery readiness
Guide partners through initial implementations and pilot engagements
Maintain visibility into partner-led project pipelines and intervene when needed
Solution Architecture & Development: Build example architectures and reusable demo assets for partner use
Align partner offerings with Sigma product best practices
Assist in technical due diligence for new partner onboarding
Provide feedback loops from partner engagements to product and solutions teams
Governance & Support: Track partner adherence to delivery best practices and escalate quality issues
