Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer with strong expertise in wireless networking to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions. You will lead project delivery, support pre-sales initiatives, conduct network audits, and act as a trusted advisor for customers across multiple industries.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement wireless network solutions, creating high- and low-level designs, integration plans, and assessment reports
Lead pre-sales engagements, promoting wireless solutions and technical value propositions
Collaborate with Solution Architects and partners to develop complex network designs across verticals such as banking, healthcare, industrial, and manufacturing
Conduct wireless network audits, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
Build strong relationships with customers by delivering technical advisory and driving technology adoption
Travel internationally up to 40% of the time to support customer projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
8–10 years of experience in wireless and networking environments
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and auditing IP-based networking solutions
Proven customer-facing consulting experience
Strong experience with large wireless network deployments in sectors such as Enterprise, Banking, Manufacturing, and Warehousing
Expert-level knowledge in WLAN design, deployment, and troubleshooting
Proficiency with RF site survey tools such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar
Hands-on experience with enterprise Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points, and network management platforms
Strong understanding of networking protocols and best practices
Professional or expert-level wireless certifications are required (e.g., CCIE Wireless or equivalent)

Nice to have:

Excellent communication skills in English and business-level French is a plus
CWNP certifications are a plus
