Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant, you will be in an exceptional role designed to take already very strong performers to the next level of exceptional performance. You will embark on a strategic journey to develop your candidate and client base, accelerating your start with our existing client base and global lead network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop candidate and client base
  • Work with existing client base and global lead network
  • Work alongside talented colleagues
  • Innovate to deliver strong business mix across search, projects, retained and executive contracting
  • Engage with AI technology, CRM platform, talent engagement, marketing, data analysis and research functions
  • Engage in strategic client initiatives, regional business development and training around future leadership
  • Define business plans competently and work at high level towards wider company outcomes

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 6 years’ experience as a recruitment professional in an executive search/recruitment firm
  • Evidence of strong revenue performance
  • Existing client networks
  • Growing ability to influence both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Natural flair for relationship building at a senior level
  • Excited by the prospect of joining a start-up business with the backing of an existing, successful recruitment business
