Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant EBC engages with you around more strategic client initiatives, regional business development and training around future leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Manage existing company accounts and generate new clients
Originate and deliver executive recruitment assignments to your client base
Mentor junior team members
Define business plans competently and work at high level towards wider company outcomes

Requirements:

At least 3 to 6 years’ experience as a recruitment professional working in an executive search/recruitment firm
Evidence of strong revenue performance
Existing client networks
Growing ability to broadly influence both internally and externally
