Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic and complex consulting engagements, including managing teams and senior clients
  • Play a key part in business development, sales initiatives and Thought Leadership
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities and design solutions
  • Manage project, drive PMOs and lead change
  • Help clients realize business benefits through improved ways of working, digitalization and governance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ management consulting experience or similar
  • 5 to 10 years of experience within the area of performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence or supply chain management
  • Experience from consulting within the sectors of manufacturing, transport and/or defense
  • Demonstrated leadership in large, diverse project teams and the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels, delivering creative and impactful solutions
  • Energetic, positive team player committed to excellence and driven by achieving strong results together
