Job Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of strategic and complex consulting engagements, including managing teams and senior clients
Play a key part in business development, sales initiatives and Thought Leadership
Drive performance improvement initiatives from strategy through execution
Analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities and design solutions
Manage project, drive PMOs and lead change
Help clients realize business benefits through improved ways of working, digitalization and governance
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ management consulting experience or similar
5 to 10 years of experience within the area of performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence or supply chain management
Experience from consulting within the sectors of manufacturing, transport and/or defense
Demonstrated leadership in large, diverse project teams and the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels, delivering creative and impactful solutions
