Job Responsibility:

Develop and operate a suite of applications shared by Wholesale IT Regional team to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of operating productions services
Become an operation expert and be able to guide and assist devops teams in managing their production services
Share support knowledge, participate in incident reviews, setting standards, service improvement to improve the service resilience
Operate in the context of the global team, supporting 24-hours business
Understand the business context of Power Platform technology platform, participate in incident management
Work closely with team leads and members of Coe team, architects and production services professionals in the wider organization
Automate the continuous integration / continuous delivery within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement
Develop, configure and operate observability tooling kit including various in-house monitoring and alerting tools
Develop and operate the configuration management and release deployment automation toolkits and integrate these with wider group IT ecosystem
Develop and operate tools to facilitate effective operations across other disciplines of production service management
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal control standards and external regulatory requirements
Maintain up-to-date understanding of the business practices and system capabilities

Requirements:

Have technical knowledge and skills in Azure
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
Proven experience as an SRE or similar role, with a strong focus on application automation and continuous improvement
Experience leading and managing a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Be able to work in a larger team, understand priorities of others, managing conflicts while ensuring that production standards are not compromised
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
A highly-motivated individual with positive and proactive attitude
A fast learner with effective planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, possess an outgoing personality, self-motivated and be able to work independently and under pressure
Willingness to work with the team/business in different time zone occasionally

Nice to have:

Have technical knowledge and skills in power platform or relevant Low Code/ No Code experience
Continuously upgrading and learning various technologies / applications required for successful project delivery through continuous learning and training
Shouldering responsibility diligently and delivering quality output within the defined schedule and service levels
Consistently providing best approach for project execution
Constantly work towards improving technical / application knowledge capabilities of the teams
Continuously contribute to enhance best practices and to ensure that these are implemented within projects
Also validate that projects are following the coding and design standards and guidelines
Continuously provide valued addition to projects
