Senior Consultant Specialist

• Design and develop platform capabilities that span AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud (Ali) environments, enabling seamless cloud and on-premise AI deployments
• Build and maintain automated pipelines for continuous training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models, incorporating Responsible AI controls
• Design and development of one of key platform components—including model gardens, AI gateways, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and Agent Frameworks—to accelerate AI solution delivery
• Ensure strict adherence to architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues, ensuring successful, high-quality, and resilient AI services in production
• Establish best practices for engineering, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools, and drive continual improvement of engineering processes
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, stakeholders, and customers to translate AI capabilities into production-ready systems that meet business needs

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• equivalent experience will be considered
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, or Golang
• Experience in developing large-scale platforms supporting multi-tenancy and high-concurrency parallel requests
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong track record in MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability in machine learning applications
• Experience in AI or Generative AI projects is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale, mission-critical platforms from concept to production
