Job Description:

Senior Consultant Specialist role in GTS Technology focusing on Receivable Finance applications, leading development teams and delivering high-quality code.

Job Responsibility:

Design and develop clean, efficient code with coding language for Receivable Finance applications
Build up repository for growing a developer for Receivable Finance applications
Leading a development team (small size) and managing the team from engineering perspective to ensure good quality of code delivery

Requirements:

At least 12-14 years of technical experience in new tech stack, e.g. Java, J2EE, Spring, SQL, etc.
Willing to learn niche technology and fast learner
Experience on AS400/iSeries, Understanding RPGLE will be an advantage
Business knowledge in commercial bank (especially Commercial Banking IT) will be an advantage
Able to lead and coach junior team members
Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
Able to adapt in global team culture and communication in different locations

Nice to have:

Experience on AS400/iSeries, Understanding RPGLE
Business knowledge in commercial bank (especially Commercial Banking IT)
