Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. The job involves responsibilities such as designing, developing, and maintaining IT systems. The role requires strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps methodologies. This position also emphasizes leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop and maintain as part of a strategic initiative IT team
develop competent level understanding of HTS platform, to understand business needs and help developers convert them into HTS platform design and language
ensure implementation on time and within budget with appropriate quality according to user requirements
assist in coordinating the activities of IT project teams, user departments and other service departments
provide estimates for development effort for individual or component from design documents
review code and documentation to ensure code meets the design criteria
apply specialist expertise in the development of IT systems with the objective of optimizing operational performance and improving quality while increasing cost effectiveness
lead FSR development to provide tech solution design and review with developers to ensure quality of the FSR delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry with a focus on Java development
good understanding of DevOps and agile methodology
strong knowledge and experience in Core Java (Java 8, Java 17), Collections, Multithreading, Spring, Spring Boot 3.0.x, Microservices
strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines
database technologies like ORACLE
strong leadership and communication skills
bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
