Senior Consultant Specialist

• design and develop platform capabilities that span AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud (Ali) environments, enabling seamless cloud and on-premise AI deployments
• build and maintain automated pipelines for continuous training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models, incorporating Responsible AI controls
• design and development of one of key platform components—including model gardens, AI gateways, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and Agent Frameworks—to accelerate AI solution delivery
• ensure strict adherence to architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• troubleshoot complex platform issues, ensuring successful, high-quality, and resilient AI services in production
• establish best practices for engineering, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools, and drive continual improvement of engineering processes
• collaborate closely with AI engineers, stakeholders, and customers to translate AI capabilities into production-ready systems that meet business needs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, or Golang
• experience in developing large-scale platforms supporting multi-tenancy and high-concurrency parallel requests
• proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• strong track record in MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability in machine learning applications
• experience in AI or Generative AI projects is a plus
• excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• proven ability to deliver large-scale, mission-critical platforms from concept to production.
