Job Description:

The role involves managing QA & Testing activities, coordinating stakeholders, building a high-performance testing team, contributing to flagship transformation digital programmes, and ensuring standout customer experiences. The job holder will ensure high-quality execution and alignment with business priorities while leveraging global digital scale.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the overall QA & Testing planning activities and coordinate the changes in the various portfolio's testing to meet the business criteria
manage the overall planning of resources and timelines of end-to-end test executions
coordinate with various stakeholders, manage the plan across all projects to ensure all milestones dates are met with the high quality standard, and maintain testing scope, volume of test requirements as well as test script and test strategy
build a high performance team, provide leadership of testing team activity ensuring productivity targets are achieved and standards are met
support the delivery production line ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers
contribute to the delivery of all flagship transformation programmes specifically for the Digital channels
ensure all Wealth & Personal Banking services offer standout customer experience and fully deliver on our brand promise
provide market leading, compelling digital services that can leverage the global scale and distribution network
transform the organisation from a collection of locally orientated propositions to one global set

Requirements:

5+ years experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as Digital, Transformation or change management and strong performance management and team development skills
good knowledge of the testing process, digital channels and strong customer focus, strong analytical ability and experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion and the ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations
a good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice, have Subject Matter Expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations
innovative with the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals, have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues, pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors
excellent relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and high levels of resilience and self motivation
experience of designing automation tests using BDD, experience of automated testing using automation frameworks, continuous integration automation using build tools (e.g. Jenkins) and familiarity with Java
