Job Description:

Senior Consultant Specialist role in Third Party Management with Qliksense expertise, focusing on analyzing third party management through process design, systems and data, developing operational monitoring and strategic supplier management insights using QLIKsense tools, and ensuring HSBC's operational resilience through effective third party risk management.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with stakeholders to anticipate, prevent, adapt, respond to, recover and learn from third party risks or issues
Analyse third party management by process design, systems and data
Develop and maintain operational monitoring and strategic supplier management insights using QLIKsense
Prioritised and effective engagement with stakeholders to drive action on third party risk & control, performance or incidents
Third party risk & control governance reporting
Work with TPROs, TPEMs and Procurement to steer and drive value from third party relationships
Improve Third-Party Management data quality and completeness
Ensure more efficient risk management
Support swift and effective response to suspected or known third party incidents
Produce Governance materials and conduct continuous monitoring of risks & issues
Analyse TPM environment end-to-end to provide direction and visibility
Manage risk by analysing TPM Policy, Frameworks, emerging themes, and standards
Build close working relationships with key stakeholders
Drive optimisation and improve efficiency of TPRM systems, processes, and data
Support Incident Management with data mining, analysis, and outreach surveys

Requirements:

Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
Third-Party Management domain knowledge (sourcing to contract, risk assessments, controls, supply chains, Technology, IT services and applications)
Expert ability with systems, process and data analysis, modelling and management
Visual Technical Analyst-developer skills in QLIKsense and/or Data Studio
Experienced Qlik Developer in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of business applications
Knowledge in developing data modelling, Front end and BI reports in QLIKsense/N-Printing
Good knowledge and understanding of overall architecture with respect to QLIKsense server, publisher and QLIKsense Management Console
Extensive experience in basic components of QLIKsense Enterprise
Hands on experience in formulating KPI's within QLIKsense using functions and set analysis
Experience in optimizing existing QLIKsense reports
Strong knowledge on joins and Concatenation to avoid synthetic keys and circular references
Microsoft Excel, VBA, Macros
Able to estimate effort, manage expectations and maximise delivery
Python, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, SQL
JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
Experience with large and complex data, fragmented systems, long series and fanned data relationships
Ability to work with systems under constant change with weekly reporting requirement
Articulation of risks or issues and ability to influence stakeholder action
