Job Responsibility:

Proactively involve & contribute in design discussions and develop IT solutions to meet business requirements
Maintain close communication with business stakeholders & users, partner IT teams and coordinate with IT stakeholder for implementation
Support end to end systems integration, conduct system tests and provide support for system integration test and user acceptance tests, and ongoing production service
Support and maintain the software product and infrastructure, investigate, and resolve problems arising in connection with IT services
Mainly focus for the DevOps of existing service for areas such as: controls, vulnerabilities fixing, OS patching, server ever-greening
Engagement with 3rd party vendor for product support/feature enhancement/system integration and etc.

Requirements:

Experience in cloud development, security & infrastructure, technical design, and production support with strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge and working experience on Java, Spring, Springboot, Hibernate / JPA, RESTful API, Database, cloud based application deployment and support
Knowledge and working experience on Python
Experience on unit test, interface test, performance test and turning
Knowledge on both waterfall project management and Agile methodology and tooling
Self-motivated and be able to work under-pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tools like GitHub, Jira & Confluence
Assisting with Resiliency Production support teams and Performance Incident Root Cause Analysis
Ability to prioritize work effectively and deliver within agreed service levels in a diverse and ever-changing environment
High levels of judgment and decision making, being able to rationalize and present the background and reasoning for direction taken
Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
Extensive knowledge of risk management and mitigation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
