Senior Consultant Specialist

• Implement and oversee agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives
• Align backlog priorities with business goals in collaboration with global stakeholders across multiple regions
• Drive the successful delivery of applications and features, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Act as a key liaison between global teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment
• Proactively identify and address risks, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
• Foster positive team dynamics, encouraging collaboration and problem-solving
• Strengthen team cohesion by guiding and mentoring team members
• Serve as a cross-team connector, uniting internal and external resources to drive project success
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into workflows to enhance agile development efficiency
• Utilize AI-enabled tools for data analysis, defect analysis, and risk prediction

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager with a strong track record of delivering results
• Exceptional ability to manage global stakeholders and align priorities with business goals
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and a "follow-through" mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure clear alignment among stakeholders
• Experience in integrating AI capabilities into workflows and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable
• Expertise in ETaaS Product and Middleware Design: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the ETaaS product, including the design and development of middleware products
• Proficiency in Core Banking Products and Testing Tooling: Possess strong familiarity with Core Banking products and their associated workflows
