Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with extensive experience in S/4 Invoice Management to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of invoice management processes within the S/4HANA environment and will be responsible for delivering high quality consultancy services to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage S/4 Invoice Management projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions that enhance invoice management processes
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in S/4 Invoice Management, including configuration, integration, and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure effective adoption of new processes and tools
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending adjustments as necessary
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in S/4HANA and invoice management to provide innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Strong functional knowledge of S/4 Invoice Management
  • Proven experience in managing end to end invoice management processes within S/4HANA
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10 15 years of relevant experience in consultancy, with a focus on S/4 Invoice Management
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consultancy environment

  • Experience with other SAP modules related to finance and procurement
