Graduated with a relevant masters degree
At least 5+ year experience in a business area e.g. Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain etc.
Experienced in ERP implementation (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor) projects
Fluent in Italian and English
Client-oriented work ethic with excellent international teamworking abilities
Able and available to travel up to 60-70% of the time

Job Responsibility

Contribute to all project phases from the conceptual design to the successful implementation of the project
Deliver high-quality client presentations and deliverables (scoping documents, business process flows, project timelines, executive readouts, etc.)
Contribute in business process analysis and assessments
Perform software configuration, develop functional specifications, and conduct functional testing of the system
Manage data migrations and system conversion activities
Be in charge of the implementation of the ERP system in your subject area
Lead improvement strategy on Italian localisation
Support customers with your expertise and guiding in the change management process

Requirements

10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3+ years on SAP S/4HANA Finance
Deep functional expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis)
Proven experience delivering S/4HANA Finance projects (migration, greenfield, or brownfield)
Excellent understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), closing processes, and tax/legal compliance
Solid integration knowledge with logistics, manufacturing, and HR modules
Expertise in writing Functional Specifications (FS), configuration documents, and test scenarios

Job Responsibility

Translate complex finance and controlling business requirements into scalable S/4HANA solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices
Drive the implementation of key S/4HANA innovations: Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting / Consolidation, Central Finance (CFin) (if applicable)
Define and deliver functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces (APIs, BAPIs), and Fiori applications
Manage integration between Finance and other S/4HANA modules: MM, SD, PP, PS
Support finance transformation initiatives: shared services, IFRS compliance, entity harmonization, faster close, real-time reporting
Lead and participate in key phases: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, migration, cutover, and hyper care
Collaborate with finance leadership, auditors, and IT architects to ensure system compliance, performance, and scalability
Mentor and coach junior consultants and business users in S/4HANA Finance processes
Contribute during presales process and business growth

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Financial Consolidation, Planning & Analysis, or relevant finance domains
Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting standards
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Experience working with customers or stakeholders in a finance/consulting capacity
