Join Demant’s Global Leadership & Organisational Development Team as a Senior Consultant, Diversity & Inclusion. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how DEI principles are embedded in our culture, contribute to themes of our global strategy, and support colleagues across the world with specialist knowledge. You will collaborate closely with the Head of DEI, HR partners, colleagues across the HR organisation and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to advance our DEI agenda. This role offers an opportunity to refine skills in stakeholder management, consulting, influencing, data analysis, executive communication, thought leadership, and the management of large-scale, global projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish guiding principles that maintain global consistency while allowing for local adaptation
  • Review and advise on HR processes (recruitment, performance, promotion) to ensure equity and inclusion
  • Collaborate with HR teams in countries, the HR Board, Communities of Practice, Communications, and local leadership to drive the DEI agenda
  • Design and deliver DEI learning content for leaders and employees
  • Create toolkits, conversation starters, and reflection exercises for teams and leaders
  • Maintain and develop the global DEI SharePoint
  • Develop internal communication materials that promote DEI values and initiatives
  • Support storytelling and messaging aligned with Demant’s DEI policy and values
  • Develop scalable resources to support DEI integration across functions
  • Strengthening foundational DEI strategies and frameworks
  • Building and supporting a global network of DEI advocates and employee resource groups
  • Reviewing all global processes and systems to ensure equity for all

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working within DEI in global organisations
  • Good understanding of DEI principles and systemic change
  • Experience in HR process design and project management
  • Skilled in virtual facilitation, content creation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Data literacy and the ability to translate metrics into insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Project management skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings across various time zones
  • Potential for occasional global travel
