Job Description

The P&P Analyst supports the Capital Markets organization by developing, consolidating, and maintaining governance documentation, including Policies, Standards, Procedures, and committee artifacts. The role focuses on governance frameworks, documentation rationalization, committee support, and oversight, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations. This position serves as a liaison between Capital Markets, enterprise governance teams, and oversight partners, leading the remediation and standardization of a large documentation inventory into a cohesive, sustainable governance framework.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and maintain consistent governance and documentation frameworks aligned with enterprise standards
  • Assess existing P&P documentation for gaps, duplication, and misalignment
  • Lead large‑scale documentation remediation and consolidation efforts (approx. 500 documents)
  • Standardize document structure, ownership, and lifecycle management
  • Maintain centralized repositories of governance artifacts
  • Support the design and documentation of governance committees and forums
  • Assess committee structures to improve efficiency and reduce duplication
  • Document mandates, roles, escalation paths, and approval authorities
  • Act as committee secretary where applicable, including meeting coordination, materials, and minutes
  • Conduct committee self‑assessments and track action items
  • Operationalize and sustain governance frameworks to meet internal policy and regulatory expectations
  • Conduct effectiveness reviews and recommend documentation or process enhancements
  • Track remediation of identified governance and documentation issues

Requirements

  • Experience with governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures in a regulated financial institution
  • Background in governance, compliance, operational risk, or control environments within Capital Markets or similar functions

  • Strong writing and editing skills for formal governance and committee documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in complex environments
