Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) is a global organization of industry and security experts, engineers, data scientists, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists. We partner with strategic customers to deliver industry-specific solutions and measurable outcomes powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI. The AI Business Solutions team within ISD helps customers maximize value from Dynamics 365, M365, Copilots and the Microsoft Cloud by co-engineering GenAI and agentic solutions that accelerate adoption, automate workflows, and unlock new business capabilities. This role goes beyond traditional consulting. FDEs operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and customer delivery, working in fast‑paced, iterative cycles to translate ambiguous requirements into working software, integrate with real customer environments, and own outcomes through deployment and stabilization.
Job Responsibility:
Embed with customer stakeholders to understand business workflows, constraints, and success metrics
translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements, solution hypotheses, and sprint deliverables for GenAI/agentic scenarios
Design and implement agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, M365 Copilots, Power Platform, Azure) including integrations, APIs, and automations
Prototype rapidly, then harden to production: build POCs for agentic workflows, validate with users, and evolve to production-ready implementations
Own end-to-end delivery from architecture through implementation: define build/test specifications, create eval and quality gates for GenAI outputs, and produce operational guides/runbooks
Identify and mitigate business/technical risks specific to AI systems
Support deployment and live stabilization: troubleshoot integrations and model behavior in real environments
Balance platform configuration with extensibility to maximize speed and maintainability
Build agentic workflows that invoke tools/APIs safely with guardrails, validation, and auditability
Implement evaluation strategies to measure output quality, groundedness, safety, and business impact
Capture repeatable assets and share feedback loops with internal teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field AND demonstrated experience delivering production software solutions
10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365 / M365 Copilot/ Power Platform / Azure), including integration, security, and deployment in customer environments
Proven hands‑on, production-grade solutions across the full delivery lifecycle
Proven delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions, M365 Copilot Solutions, plus AI-infused workflows
Experience building or extending solutions involving Copilots, AI‑assisted workflows, or intelligent automation
Certifications/experience in Azure Solutions, Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot and Power Platform
Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and operational readiness
Azure solution development, Contact Center solutions, Copilot Studio, and building GenAI/agentic experiences
Excellent communication skills
Trusted customer-facing engineering presence
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, including AI-specific failure modes
IC role: influence without authority
Comfort working across time zones and blended onsite/offshore models
