Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate marketing and growth initiatives and make suggestions for improvement, leading to overall growth
  • Collect, analyze and present data on strategic deals being closed in Oil & Gas industry and forecast trends and report insightful findings
  • Monitor Oil & Gas trends in the US market to generate leads for business growth (tracking business and competitive environments)
  • Drive growth process through creation of actionable, fast-based business group strategic plans, as well as support and coordinate team plans
  • Assist SR. VP in creation and execution of tactical plans for new business development, including diligence and business plan creation
  • Maintain, update or develop consulting marketing and Business Development materials
  • Establish long-term relationships w/ clients at VP and Exec levels
  • Track industry-related trade shows and engage prospects and key Oil & Gas execs
  • Conference calls and meetings involving current and potential clients and members of sales team and analysts from company
  • offer clarifying viewpoints and provide specialized responses to particular questions and issues raised by clients
  • Guide new recruits
  • Initiate discussions and make recommendations related to improvement of product quality w/ internal teams

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in rel STEM or Business field and 3 yrs of experience with Energy sector clients and skills (3 yrs exp) in: sales, business development, account management or consulting
  • OR Master’s degree in rel STEM or Business field and 2 yrs of experience with Energy sector clients and skills (2 yrs exp) in: sales, business development, account management or consulting
  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable
