Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering timely services and advice to clients’ Maximo needs
  • Consulting with customers on how to efficiently utilise our technology to maximise the benefits and support of their business
  • Designing fit-for-purpose technical architecture
  • Leading projects and mentoring team members
  • Ensuring documentation of work procedures, processes and templates are up to date and relevant
  • Driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities to provide an excellent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience delivering Maximo engagements with a sound technical understanding of the application
  • Sound knowledge of business and IT fundamentals, including business process and application technologies
  • Effective communication style
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and operate in a collaborative project environment with both technical and functional input
  • Analytical approach towards problem solving
  • Determination and curiosity to ask questions and explore, uncovering root cause
