Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in exciting projects: Engage in projects focused on process optimization and digitization, applying your expertise
  • Implement IT solutions: Contribute to the implementation of modern IT solutions in finance, controlling, and treasury to streamline and set up client processes
  • Coordinate and collaborate: As a senior, you will coordinate work with clients and internal teams to achieve shared goals effectively
  • Mentor and educate: Help guide and train less experienced colleagues, contributing to team development

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three to four years of experience in finance, controlling, audit, or process consulting
  • Experience of mapping and optimizing internal processes
  • Effective communication skills, dynamic and initiative-taking approach
  • Experience in coordination and project management
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Willingness to learn
  • Client-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Slovak and English
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel
